We had a very comfortable stay at Latanya Hotel. The hotel was quiet, clean and very well maintained, with excellent facilities. The breakfast buffet was especially good, with a great variety of food and plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The location was good as it was near to where our friends are. But the bed was far too soft and it gave us a backache as a result. Also. The room was far too hot and it was no way to reduce the temperature. We had to call the reception to ask them to send a fan as we could not sleep. The technician could not solve the problem and there was no fan available. He could only opened the windows which had double glazing to let in some air, very disappointed since it is considered a 5 star hotel. Secondly, we were disappointed as the staff made an issue when our friend came to visit us. We invited him to our superior deluxe room so that we could catch up but was told he could only stay for an hour despite him handling over his particulars. There was no intention of him staying overnight in our room as all we wanted was some privacy to talk. There was nothing written in the hotel Terms and Conditions that we are not allowed to have our guest in our room.
