Great location in the city center, near all attractions and the coast. Staff is really great and accommodating to our needs. Unit had a small kitchen and refrigerator to take care of 2 guests. AC worked well in room and living area. Good price for location.
The rooms are in the city center so you have to deal with higher than normal noise levels from motorists, garbage pickup really early in the am and traffic all day and until midnight. I slept well with my ear plugs.

Great location. Room was a good size (though that size was not well used) and was quite comfortable.
The layout of the room could be improved. There was a corridor inside the room that took up a considerable amount of the room's space and really served no purpose. It was about 3.5 mitres by 1.2 metres. I assume it was there to hide the bed from the entry door which I don't think is necessary, but which could have been achieved with a much smaller entry space. As a result, the room though not small, was cramped. To make matters worse, it contained a 3-seat sofa which did not fit the remaining room layout, so it was angled across a corner of the room thereby losing even more space. This resulted in the small kitchen being difficult to access and use.
The lighting was bizarre: multiple downlights flooding the room with dazzling white light making you feel like you were on a stage show.
Sicily has a heritage of great architects. Whoever was responsible for this room has failed them.
All in all, the room was comfortable, but not an inviting place in which to be.

Central location close to Piazza Pancali. Hosts were gracious and helpful .
Although the property was advertised as having a lift , my room was situated on the second floor without access to a lift. Also steps were quite steep.
Though this was not a problem for me it could be for guests with disability issues.

On a positive note, the location is absolutely beautiful — right in the heart of Ortigia — and we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The service was kind and attentive.
Unfortunately, our stay did not fully meet our expectations. The accommodation was quite dusty, which was a problem for me as I suffer from allergies, so I was not comfortable during the stay. I believe cleanliness should always be a top priority in any accommodation.
In addition, the TV in the room was not working, and the internet connection kept disconnecting, which made things a bit inconvenient.
