Prachtie chique loft.

The hotel has super good location. Nice staff. Clean rooms and beautiful balcony.

Located in the local older district on Ortigia and none the worse for it. The local cafes are less touristy and much better value for money than in the main tourist areas. We had breakfast in the cafe opposite the guest house which really was a nice morning treat watching the area waken up and come to life. Very chilled.
The accommodation is in a great old house. The building has a nice mix of very traditional and modern facilities. A really comfortable feel good property. Bedding and towels replaced every two days. The staff couldn't be more helpful.
Getting lost frequently was a bonus finding different quirky nice eateries....
Nothing at all

Beautiful property through out, beautiful room which turned out to be an apartment with separate lounge area (sofa, table, TV) and good size bedroom. Large comfortable bathroom, more space than we needed. Beautifully decorated, fresh and clean.
The hotel is based in the heart of Ortega - walking distance everywhere

Loved the location and the area. The staff were accommodating. The bed was comfortable. The place is in a great spot.
The rooms lacked inspiration and the decor was shabby. The linens ie duvet, duvet cover was not up to standards.

It's right in the centre of the old town on the island of Ortigia so shops and restaurants are all close by.
There's on street motorbike parking a few minutes walk away in the Piazza Archimede, in front of the modern building. There's also a launderette around the corner on ViaViagio Pace.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
A discount was available from the place for breakfast in the cafe across the road.
I'd very definitely stay again.

great location. comfortable room

Located in a beautiful part of town and very close to everything. Good overall but the bedrooms in the triple (apartment) room were small. Nice views from some rooms and small balconies.
No breakfast. Lots of stairs up to the rooms and no elevator (although the staff kindly helped carry some of our bags). Quite shabby in places - could possibly be considered shabby chic but may not be to everyone's tastes.

The location is great and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. They helped us find parking in the area as well as information about places to go.
We felt that our room was a little tired, particularly the bathroom which did not feel as clean as we would have liked.

Top marks all round for this stunning property in the heart of Ortigia. The listing doesn't do it full justice. The terrace is BEAUTIFUL and there's a separate living area with doors overlooking the terrace, which I hadn't expected. A kettle and a fridge for keeping fresh fruit and olives from the island's wonderful market cool. The location couldn't be any better. Bakeries and a mini mart just minutes from the place and a wonderful and knowledgeable Wine cafe/bar round the corner. Yes the stairs are a trek, but if you are able to manage steps you get used to them and the apartment at the top is well worth the climb! Great local advice too on where to see the island's stunning sunsets and where to eat. Although we found our own favourite bars and cafes within minutes walk of the apartment. Perfetto :)
You'd have to go some to find anything wrong with this place. Stairs could be a problem if you have issues with mobility but otherwise nothing.

The staff was very friendly and I had a very spontanous and therefor really uncomplicated check-in.
The rooms were clean but and had everything you need.
The location is a amazing and I would definetly recommend to visit Ortigia and book that apartment!

The heat wasn't working

The location was great. Quiet at night and the staff were very helpful. WIFI perfect too
A wonderful bath in a gorgeous bathroom but no plug. in fact the apartment was large however the downstairs really cold but upstairs like a furnace. There is a large 5 burner modern gas cook top. It was way too large without room to drain washed utensils. A smaller and more bench room would be more practical. The PowerPoint is on the floor therefore to boil the kettle it had to be on the floor. One wonders about who designs these apartments.

The property was absolutely beautiful! my family and I booked two suites and both were equally beautiful and comfortable.
The property provided a kitchen but we didn’t have full use. Apparently our price was discounted at the beginning (which was great,) but when we asked about a frying pan to cook eggs, that is when we were told due to our price, we did not get use of the stove/gas. This was tricky for us because our 6 year old has allergies to peanuts, dairy, and eggs so we typically make all of her meals. If we missed some fine print during our initial booking this is certainly our fault, but if we didn’t then the space should definitely let guest know how things work when it comes to discount pricing.

The location cannot be beaten , and the building is beautiful
I stayed here a few years ago and loved it so was so happy to return , but of course I think after Covid many things change and there was no breakfast . we rented a large lovely space but we’re told be couldn’t you the kitchen , we didn’t want to cook but we wanted to be able to make some hot tea, a note in the kitchen said we could ask about this but we were told we were not allowed to use the container to heat water . This was very difficult for me as I was very ill, I found on return home that have have pneumonia so not being able to drink something warm was a disappointment

The location and the staff - Very friendly.
The beds are super hard, but it like this all over Italy, I guess. Also a lot of noise on the street every night, but it is in the middle of the historic centre. Beautiful location!

Well located, the staff were helpful, the rooms were clean and nice.
Not for the faint hearted regarding stairs!
It would have been nice if break first were included.

The staff were great. When some noisy "neighbors" moved into the room next door, they quickly and graciously accommodated us with a move to a different room, which was even better than our original They were also very helpful with recommendations for things to see, places to eat etc. The location is perfect, very easy to walk around the city from here.
The rooms are a bit cramped, but that is the nature of these old buildings in old cities, you can't be nit-picky. Walls are thin...you WILL hear your neighbors in the adjacent room. Bring earplugs. Unfortunately, they stopped doing breakfast with the pandemic, but other options are a minute away by foot. Ask for a room off the street, work gets started early in Siracusa (once again, earplugs help). But all in all, a good value. The "free parking" is dicey, you may or may not find one of the free spots, especially on a good beach day, but the public lots are a 10 minute walk, a very reasonable 15 euro for 24 hours, and you really don't want to drive your car around Siracusa anyway. Walk. Its definitely the way to enjoy the city.

Wonderful rooftop terrace overlooking the city.
Located in the middle of the old town, great for exploring the city.
The place could have been looked after a bit better.
The lighting on the terrace did not work and the kitchen was there but unclear what content of usage was included as it stated that you would have to pay extra.
