Highly recommended. Up to 4 people for a short or even not so short stay in Siracusa

The location two steps away from the duomo of Ortigia, but in a court detached from the noise of the street. The residence manager was also extremely nice and offered us a buffet breakfast

Breakfast offer could be improved, but it’s really a minor detail.

Decisamente migliorabile

Posizionato in Ortigia, all'Interno di una piazzetta piena di sedie, tavoli, e materiale in disuso (abbastanza brutto). L'appartamentino è al piano terra e mansardato. Ha 2 condizionatori, anche se tutti impolverati. Arredamento economico. Bagno doccia con pochissima acqua calda. Per coppie giovani che non guardano molto al dettaglio.....

La pulizia del bagno non era ben eseguita, l'unico appendiabiti aveva una sola stampella, materasso eccessivamente morbido, assenza istruzioni wifi. Si trova in una piazzetta ed è tutto molto caotico e mal tenuto.

Heel gehorig, het leek alsof de mensen in het appartement naast ons, in ons huisje aan het praten waren.

Il soggiorno e' stato tranquillo e lo consiglio soecialmente d' estate... cortiletro molto bello... e non mancat

C' era la caffettiera ma non il caffe'. Ma sicuro l' hanno scordato. 😅 la teiera senza the... essendo inverno... a saperlo lo portavo ... sono certa che e' stata una dimenticanza.

Non mi e' assolutamente piaciuto. rapporto qualita' prezzo da dimenticare

Ortigia. Dell appartamento ben poco

Da dove iniziare: ho chiesto il check in anticipato alle 1130. Ho avuto le chiavi alle 14. nelle giornate successive ho sempre notato che le pulizie ( ragazza molto gentile ) finivano per le 11.00 per cui.... le foto nel sito non rispecchiano assolutamente la realta'. In 3 si sta veramente scomodi ( su questo ci torno tra poco ) La cucina e' veramente piccola e poco utilizzabile. Un solo telecomando per i due split aria condizionata! dato anche le scale per salire nella camera di sopra molto scomode e mobili ( sembra che gli scalini si rompano da un momento all altro ) avere un secondo telecomando per accenderla non sarebbe male. Il water perdeva acqua c'era la guarnizione del tubo fuori posto tanto che l acqua e' arrivata in cucina e nella stanza dell altro appartamento! Non ci sarebbe nulla di male, sono cose che succedono e molto dipende anche dai clienti precedenti ma considerando tutto il resto sento di dire che non c'e' proprio attenzione nel fare manutenzione. Da quello che leggo nelle altre recensioni la televisione e' piu di 1 anno che non funziona! Un mio amico ha soggiornato nell apartamento di fianco: i condizionatori non potevano essere accesi e anche li 1 solo telecomando! Inoltre una sera, si vede che il telecomando serviva ad un altro cliente e' stato preso e il mio amico la note ha dormito con i pinguini perche visto le temperature attuali non si e' azzardato a spegnerlo! lo abbiamo fatto la mattina dal bracker generale, ma non lo trovo giusta un azione del genere! Tornando nel discorso grandezza appartamento. ora non ricordo se e' da 4 ma se tanto mi da tanto: L appartamento potrebbe essere comodo per una coppia sempre si si e' disposti a condividere lo spazio esterno con i clienti del ristorante. Davanti i 4 appartamenti c'e' un giardino utilizzato appunto da un ristorante.... Non posso recensire oltre, spazio finito..da non tornarci

Be careful. This apartment is a scam!

Nothing. That was a total disaster. A complete let down, it made our stay in Ortigia a nightmare.

Sadly our stay in this apartment was truly horrible. Don’t believe the opinions given in the booking. It’s far worse then you may expect. The place was simply: - dirty, dusty and uncomfortable, tiny, noisy and squeaky - the kitchenette area full of dust and dirt + the dirty olive oil container covered with a layer of mould on the top of it , the sticky fridge and everything around the sink - the 1 cm long bugs (silverfish to be precise, big fat and insolent, crawling on the walls and floor - noisy - you clearly hear the conversations and every step or movement from the neighbouring apartments - I was unlucky with a couple making lots of noise at 2 pm and in the early morning - for example you can hear the hair dryer working while sitting on the ground floor - if you use the heating, forget about the water in the sink or in the shower - dirty bedsheets - the reception not answering the texts after 9 pm - tv set not working - feels unsafe to stay - unexpected visits from some technician, not announced by the hotel nor accompanied by someone from the crew My worst experience in Sicily so far.

Чистые белоснежные апартаменты, есть мини кухня со всем необходимым, красивый двор. Очень красивая и приятная владелица Бьянка. Завтрак шведский стол. Всё достопримечательности рядом.,

Сложновато найти, не видно вывески. Апартаменты находятся во дворе в очень узеньком переулке

Soggiorno da dimenticare .

Nulla.

Brutta esperienza. Tutto l'appartamento un disastro, mancanza di pulizia, la tv non funzionava come il riscaldamento , odore di muffa , letto con la base rotta, senza coprimaterasso, angolo cottura indecente, bollitore arrugginito, pentole e frigo sporchi. Casa circondata da gatti..puzza ovunque ...siamo andati via il giorno dopo.

L,'appartamento non rispecchia quanto descritto.IL letto scomodissomo e sprovvisto di coperta e manca l'arredamento minimo per rendere confortevole la camera.Il bagno non è sufficientemente attrezzato ,non c'è sufficiente bagnoschiuma, l'acqua della doccia e del lavabo esce a filo .Il dolccino è arrugginito.L'appartamento è molto sporco Il parcheggio solo a pagamentono è molto lontano dalla struttura che risulta rumosa in quanto all'interno di un cortile utilizzato da un pub.

Beautiful place in Ortigia

The location is very good and looks very good. It has 2 air conditioners, so it will cope regardless of the season. It is at number 3, in an inner courtyard, but it is signposted with a poster.

In the inner courtyard there is also a very nice terrace with decent prices. However, if you are an early riser or have young children who do, this may not be the place for you. It's not the music, but the world can be happier. The windows of the house are good, but...

Comoda estancia en plena isla de Ortigia

El trato con Bianca es genial. Una chica superamable que habla varios idiomas, entre ellos el castellano, con la que es fácil comunicarse. Llamad antes de llegar y ella os hará la entrega de llaves. El apartamento está muy bien situado y cubre todas las necesidades.

Great location and good value for money.

The location was within a few minutes of everywhere I needed to go for work. The restaurant courtyard outside the front door meant we could get food without going anywhere if we wanted to. July weather was incredibly hot and the AC was amazing! We had a WhatsApp number to message for help whenever we needed.

This isn't the fault of the property, but my European travel adapters didn't work. All the plugs are type L, which I couldn't buy before I traveled. It was an easy fix from a local supermarket.

Nice Appartment for a comfortable stay close to the center.

Great location! it’s a bit tricky to find because there are some construction works outside but it’s a nice place, super close to main attractions and restaurants.

The reception didn’t response to my messages when I tried to contact them a couple of hours before my arrival. The phone wasn’t being answered either, but once I reached them it was all fine. There’s no reception at the place, so you will have to arrange an arrival time the most exact you can, so they’re there when you reach the place. Once you reach the reception, the personal is super friendly and they helped us with information about the tours and other attractions.

Nice property but poor facilities, would not recommend.

The location was excellent, you cannot beat it! The property itself is really nice and comfortable.

The facilities within the property itself were quite poor. The hairdryer didn’t work well and there wasn’t a bin. The bed was also very uncomfortable to the degree that I could feel through the mattress. It also wasn’t clean - the sink hadn’t been cleaned, there were hairs throughout the property, and the shower was full of stains. The toilet brush was completely brown too.

The apartment/room was good size and nice, well located in Ortigia and the price was good

Even though the apartment seemed quite new there were a few things that needed maintenance - the door handle was broken and fell out in my hand a few times when closing the door, one of the steps on the stairs was broken. There was only one coffee pod for coffee and even though we asked if we can get at least one more, we didn't get it. But the most important - noise at night! It's located next to a restaurant so there is music and noise until late in the night. If you are out late then no problem but it disturbed us as the noise went on till 2 am on Saturday

the staff does not speak english at all, there was even no willingness to talk in english. During the day of arrival they were bothering us about the arrival time, ie they expexted that you are online all day long on your holidays. the bed was not comfortable

great value for money though recommendable off season

location: close to all major sights, allowing for an easy return for the mid-day break; courtyard: though shared with a restaurant it was virtually our own mornings and less busy evenings; value for money bery good

hard to find and hard to get there by car for the first time, the receptionist (shared with a b&b next block) kept us waiting which was hard with a sleeping baby and lots of luggage in the car; the kitchen missed some basic things like a corkacrew, wine glasses or courtains in the bedroom. Overall with the shared courtyard a feeling of no privacy

This was a great location and you can walk to all the shopping and restaurants easily.

It was a little difficult to find. Parking is a difficult and far. We had several issues and when we called for assistance no one ever answered our calls or emails. The TV did not work and the coffee machine was sporadic in running properly. The stairs are very steep that goes up to the bed and bathroom. Old and dated feeling especially compared to all the other great B&B we stayed in our 3 week trip in Sicily.
