The Hotel has everything you need and a car park inside the venue. Breakfast was good and there were a variety of choice. We have asked for dairy free milk and one of the waiters got us some from the kitchen. Staff were super friendly and the premises were really clean. We had a quadruple room (one double bed, one sofa bed and one foldable bed). The double bed was comfortable to sleep on. We also had the option to dine-in for lunch and dinner. I would gladly stay at this hotel another time.
Sofa bed and foldable bed were not as comfortable as the double bed considering that adults slept on them. Probably they would have been ok for children.
Our room was next to the lift and each time the lift operated you could hear the pump of the lift working (like a noise of an air compressor).

The beautiful Hotel Relax was certainly true to its name. We stayed for 4 days arrived from Catania after experiencing 45 degrees. Our room was lovely quite and beautifully appointed. We worked through their evening dinner Menu. (SUGGEST the Caprise Salad and Clam spaghetti, with a mixed Salad). The dining staff especially Francesco and Sabastano always very friendly, and went above and beyond to please. Special thankyou to Valerie and Betty on front desk were so helpful regarding local bus times, 10 min walk from hotel in the mornings. Also booking our pedicures in town. Then, we spent the days exploring and visiting Siracusa and used public buses 1.50 Euro one way. We then spent. 8 Euros one way to visit Noto. Ta i quoted 190.00 Euro. The 25 metre swimming 🏊♀️ pool was glorious after a day of sightseeing to cool off with icy cold beers.
Taxis were 20 Euro one way into Siracusa from hotel if you miss the bus. They only run hourly from Siracusa to Bellvader 125. So be organised.

Lifeguard was a bit officious. Pool rules said dive away from people but not in shallow area. She had her whistle out the second anyone dived
