Very nice hotel - 5 minutes walk to Ortygia, is the historic heart and old town of Syracuse. And half an hour walk to Neapolis Archaeological Park.
Rooms are clean and spacey - with quite high ceilings. Personnel is very nice and helpful. Breakfast has also been nice.
Nothing really.
Laundry service was not available but luckily there was a public lavanderia within 3 min walk. Paradoxically this outcome resulted in saving some money. :)
Plus I think it would put some more hangers (maybe shelves) for clothing - I think the spacey room allows it.

Good location. Staff great. Good choice at breakfast.
Bathroom very old and needs refurb. Spa bath in room but the spa bit didn’t work. Bath took ages to fill. Shower leaked. Rusty brown stained bath when water drained.

A lovely traditional hotel. Very spacious and light. The room was great, plenty of room and spotless, comfortable bed and nice furnishings. Good sized bathroom, lots of towels.The breakfast was delicious, great selection of food. Excellent restaurants nearby. Easy parking too.

Location is good, close to Ortigia.
We hated our room but kindly got upgraded to executive room. However this was extremely noisy from traffic and restaurant across the street.
Depressingly dark and dreary with little natural light in the room, no windows in dining/breakfast room. Dirty stains on bathroom floor.
