Friendly, efficient, helpful staff. A minor issue at check in was handled in seconds. Wifi was good, breakfast was good. Got very helpful advice regarding bus to the airport. Restaurants and bars handy and an easy walk to the railway station. Very professional service.
Coffee was not great. Everything else was.

The reception staff were very friendly and the room itself was clean and the bedding was clean and the pillows were soft. It was in a reasonable location and walking distance to Ortigia where most of the action seemed to be happening.
The bed mattress was very hard. The aircondioner is managed in reception and mine did not work on occasion which was frustrating especially as it was the hottest night! The hotel does not provide any drinking water. The breakfast options are very basic and the breakfast service starts at 8am which is late if you have plans for the day.
