Prachtige locatie.
Heerlijke bedden, super fijn kussen.
Heel schoon.
Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame beheerder.
Bij ontvangst staat er een flesje wijn klaar.
Ligging perfect.
Auto kun je gratis een straat achter de locatie parkeren.
Geen last vh lawaai vd straat.

The Interieur is new built in a nice design. The location was perfect to get in the centre but also reachable by car (the Center of Ortiga is a ztl..). Alessandra was very friendly and the communication was easy.
There was no information online that the breakfast is not in the house, the breakfast was a cornetto and a coffee in a coffeeshop nearby. But bc it’s new we think that the breakfast room is not finished yet and breakfast will be in-house.

Soggiorno perfetto, struttura magnifica!
Il B&B è stato ristrutturato da poco e si vede: la camera è davvero spaziosa, caratterizzata da splendidi soffitti alti che danno un grande senso di aria e libertà. La stanza non peccava di alcun comfort ed era curata in ogni dettaglio. Nota di merito assoluta per la pulizia impeccabile di tutto l'ambiente, in particolare del bagno e della fantastica e ampia doccia Walk-in. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Daniele, il gestore: una persona squisita, sempre presente, attento e disponibilissimo per qualsiasi esigenza. La posizione è molto strategica, vicino ad Ortigia e fuori dalla ZTL.
