the location is very close to ortigia and to excellent restaurant, the room is very spacious and alessandra is such a help, she’s very2222 kinddd. not to mention the breakfast we got plenty of different option
the bathroom is outside the room and the lock i think you need to change to the automatic one

The location is so good, nice clean room, the breakfast is good.
The host(Alessandra and princess) are so nice and kind. I could enter the room before check-in time.
I was not feeling well though, they welcomed.
so cozy accommodation! I recommend.
It's small thing though, the bathroom is outside of the room.

Location to old town excellent.
Very clean and comfy.
Excellent size room and good ensuite.
The approach to the b & b was through an apartment block , up some stairs.
Parking on street was extremely difficult as such a busy road. If you couldn't find a free space then you had to park in a pay car park,€15 for over night parking !
Breakfast extremely basic.
