The room is big enough for short stay, location is good. You can find parking around the property. Walking distance to Ortigia. There is also cute balcony.
Bathroom should be renovated. We feel really bad smell from there always which is annoying.

The host was very polite, kind, and helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location — around a 15-minute walk from the train station, bus station, and city centre. He also gave us great recommendations on where to eat and showed us a lovely café/bar right across the street. We really appreciated his warm hospitality and helpfulness. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Forte odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre où je suis restée. Et une mauvaise odeur lorsqu'on utilise l'eau du lavabo pour se brosser les dents.
Etant non fumeuse, c'était compliqué
