Location wasn’t far from the station. Carlo was so patient waiting for us to arrive so he could give us a very detailed insight to the apt and everywhere to eat. The apt was comfortable with a nice balcony to sit and have a wine. Walkable distance to lots of cafes/restaurants and to Ortiga.
The bed was comfy, we had 2 foam memory pillows which actually were a dream to sleep on. Bathroom was a nice size and there was an option for cleaning during our 4 day stay. It was also a quiet place to stay.
Just to note. There is a communal kitchen type area but no cooking hot plate facilities or bowls/pots/pans, so just check before grocery shopping.

Good central location, easy walk to Ortigia or the archaeological park, with many good restaurants and cafes within 2 minutes walk. The room was spacious, with good en suite bathroom, and a large balcony. It was very clean, as was the communal area and hallway. I would highly recommend Agora for a stay in Syracuse. The host was very helpful in making arrangements for our evening arrival.

Checking in was a breeze. Communication over whatsapp very easy. Information supplied on where to eat in both Syracuse and Ortigia. A short walk to Ortigia. Parking was easier than I thought. Lots of free parking on the street, just be a bit patient with finding a spot. I found one around the corner and a block down. Breakfast cafe just around the corner. Shower was good and clean. Room was spacious and modern. Very quiet, wouldn't have known if there were other guests. There is a very small lift to get you to the 2nd floor.
The double bed was effectively 2 singles pushed together which meant there was a bit of a dip in the middle. Comfortable if you slept on one side or if you have 2 people you wouldn't notice.
