Prenotazione decaduta per problemi di carta e il sito non mi ha fatto agire per risolverli. Il proprietario ci ha trovato posto lì vicino. Grande albergo Alfeo e xi siamo trovati benissimo. Stanza grande,balcone sul mare. Colazione tipica eccezionale. Vasca idromassaggio.

Location was perfect, just outside the island, which means it's quiet. Perfect for Sircusa, parking is easy to figure out and staff will give you very detailed information on parking, best places to eat, best places for sunset.

Alessandro muy atento. Nos recibió con un trato muy amable, nos indicó todos los lugares para recorrer y conocer. El alojamiento muy bien ubicado. Habitación muy amplia y limpia. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas

I liked the location a lot and it was quiet. Close to everything in Syracuse (ortigia) including Greek ruins.
The parking situation was horrible. Not sure if it is proprietor's fault or the way Booking advertises it. He was not up front about it on the website. VERY difficult to park!!!! Parking is free and available nearby- on Easter, it was available nowhere, and we were left to figure it out on our own. BAD customer service. We ended up paying for a lot so it was not free. We were sent down to a nearby cafe for breakfast and told to order whatever we wanted- Again- not true. Only one cup of coffee and a croissant were permitted. We paid for other food ourselves. NOT an entirely free breakfast. Our room had no window and was sterile. IF you go to # 2, know that the bed squeaks loudly even to roll over and can wake you up.
