Great location at walking distance from Ortigia, surrounded by restaurants and bars, with easy parking. Very welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable rooms.
The breakfast doesn’t offer healthy local products.

Breakfast was ok. The hotel is located about 15-20 minutes walk from Ortigia. You walk along a busy commercial street where I discovered several reasonably priced good restaurants. They are less touristic than the Ortigia restaurants. My room was spacious.
The toilet seat was not properly fixed. They promised to repair it.

We appreciated that the rooms were tidy, and the location was excellent too.
I’d like to share some feedback from my recent stay. We faced an issue with the late check-in fee of 25 euros despite being only 1 hour and 10 minutes delayed. It would have been helpful if the staff were more understanding.
I also received several calls about the payment before we arrived, which added to our stress since I was unfamiliar with the area. Upon arrival, the receptionist was accommodating, which I appreciated.
Additionally, breakfast was quite basic, the hotel stairs were steep, and the mattress was uncomfortable, resulting in some back pain. Addressing these points could enhance the guest experience. Thank you for considering my feedback!
