Prezzo non troppo caro per il periodo (settimana ferragosto). Colazione buona. Disponibilità dei proprietari e staff. Facilità di trovate parcheggio in strada
Camera minimal.
Balcone non privato ma condiviso (un divisorio anche non fisso sarebbe ottimo).
Frigo in corridoio condiviso.
Non “vicinissimo” ad Ortigia (avevo letto che ci vogliono 15 min ma in realtà servono 30 minuti per arrivare all’ingresso di Ortigia).
Pulizia buona ma da rivedere: ho trovato alcune formiche (questo all’arrivo e per tutto il soggiorno).
Camera non insonorizzata benissimo.
Voto 5,5/6 su 10 ma con alcuni accorgimenti può migliorare notevolmente
