Location was perfect for us and our two kids. We had a two minute walk each day for a swim in the sea. Room was large and had AC. Breakfast was wonderful - lots of variety and plenty of food. Our kids looked forward to the lovely staff member who greeted them each day and helped us.
Staff members we dealt with were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately a band plays often, in the bar below the apartments. We had two bands play over our four night stay. It was very loud but apparently met the decibel limit. They played til midnight. Kitchen stove wasn't working well but staff were apologetic and gave us a discount.

Location was perfect. Easy to check in. We arrived early and our room was ready. Staff were very welcoming. Room was nice and big with a big space for the shower which is rare in Italy. Room was clean.

Location, room size
Hotel was based in residential block. Front door slammed all night very disturbing. Mattress had body shapes in it, very uncomfortable. No kettle, safe, balcony. Sewer smell. Most bulbs in the light sockets didn't work. View over a moldy courtyard. Curtains didn't cover the window space. Wanted to leave, very disappointed after all our research
