The room that we had was excellent with a complete wrap around balcony. The bathroom was large and very well maintained. Shower facilities were great.
The property was on a steep hill but you got used to walking up to the hotel.

Ideal location for bus to Orvieto old town and train station. Clean and comfortable room with lovely balcony. Nice breakfast with various choices. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly and kind. The room was large by European standards and had a lovely terrace though we didn't really use it since we were only there one night. Thankfully, the room had a strong working AC which was much needed and well worth the nightly rate. There is also a decent pizza place just down the hill which made for a convenient and simple dinner option when we were too tired to make the trip into the actual old town of Orvieto.
The property is located on a steep hill and consists of two separate buildings. We were placed in the secondary building even slightly further up the hill! There is no lift and there are many steps, so if you have any mobility issues this may not be the best place. Overall, the property is older, decor is dated and the fixtures look tired. None of that deterred from a pleasant enough stay for one night and for the price, I wasn't really disappointed.
