Beautiful property with old world feel. Short drive, and even walking distance, if you don't mind walking uphill, from the train station. Pool was lovely. Quiet property overall.
I got a little too warm for comfort without the capability of turning on air conditioner (late May). The hairdryer in bathroom was more like a hose from a vacuum cleaner.

Beautiful building with incredible views of Orvieto up on the tuff. We arrived early and hoped just to leave our bags but were able to access our room. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was cool and calm. It’s a short walk to the train station and funicular to get to Orvieto. The staff were very friendly and kind.
