Easily found hotel on the main road, therefore there is some traffic noise if you have a room at the front. Room was good, with a comfortable bed, and very clean. The lady and gentleman who checked us in/out were very friendly.
The walk into town from the hotel is doable and fairly level, where you can then take the funicular up to the old town (just beware it closes early - 7.30pm when we visited in October).

The owners (who owned a restaurant) offer an option for dinner, and their homemade food was delicious. The hosts go out of their way to make you comfortable and were warm and welcoming. We stayed in their newly renovated guesthouse with our own courtyard and it was lovely.

Located outside of the high orvieto, the hotel is overall nice and serves a good breakfast.
