The whole experience at this hotel was exceptional. The views, parking facilities, room with a view and balcony were the first delights which greeted us. The wonderful experiences just kept coming with lovely smiling and helpful staff on hand, great food in the restaurant and a silence and connection with nature which restored both mind and body.

This is the most beautiful and peaceful place we’ve been in ages. And each and every staff member was competent and caring.
We had thought that food (tapas and/or light bites) would be available more often. But we may have misunderstood what we read.

BAR STAFF AND FOOD WERE EXCELLENT. THE HOTEL LOCATION WAS GOOD. THE OUTSIDE AREAS WERE PLEASANT AND RELAXING.
THE ROOM WAS NICELY FURNISHED AND THERE WERE FACILITES FOR TEA/COFFEE MAKING ALTHHOUGH MILK WAS`NT SUPPLIED
THE CHECK IN FEMALE GAVE THE IMPRESSION THAT (OVER OUR 2-DAY STAY) EVERYTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE. WE HAD TO WAIT WHEN SHE WAS READY TO CHECK IN AND WITHOUT A GOOD AFTERNOON GREETING. WE WERE GIVEN A ROOM KEY BUT NOT SHOWN TO OUR ROOM
BREAKFAST WAS A MEDIOCRE BUFFET AFFAIR AND WE WERE LEFT TO OUR OWN DEVICES - NEVER DID FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE THE COFFEE MACHINE AND THE TOASTER SLOWLY HEATED THE BREAD UNTIL IT WAS LIKE BISCUITS
