Ruhig gelegen oberhalb des Hauptortes in einer Sackgasse.
Sehr ruhig - wir haben hier richtig gut geschlafen.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the room was a good size for two people, bathroom and shower was lovely. The staff were so helpful and kind. Secure parking, room safe, lovely air conditioning, everything you need for your stay.
You will need a car to get you to where you want to go (beach, Marbella centre etc.) the location was perfect for me as I was working nearby.

The hosts were lovely, so friendly and happy to help with almost anything. They even let us check in early and also leave our bags there on our last day whilst we continued our trip in Marbella.
It’s not too far from the centre but sometimes Ubers/bolts/taxis struggle to locate the hotel but this is as it’s located in the hills.

Très déçu de mon séjour. Je n’ai vraiment pas apprécié l’accueil du personnel, que j’ai trouvé froid et méprisant. L’expérience commence pourtant dès l’arrivée, et un minimum de respect et de professionnalisme serait appréciable.
Concernant la piscine, je trouve cela particulièrement décevant. L’hôtel met en avant une piscine dans sa présentation, mais une fois sur place, il est indiqué qu’il est interdit de s’y baigner et même d’y accéder. Je ne comprends donc pas l’intérêt de montrer une piscine aux clients si celle-ci n’est pas accessible. Cela donne une impression assez trompeuse.
La salle de bain était également très décevante et aurait clairement besoin d’être rénovée. La porte de la douche grinçait énormément, au point de donner l’impression d’être dans un film d’horreur. Pour un hôtel qui existe depuis plus de 10 ans, il serait tout de même possible de faire quelques rénovations et de réparer les équipements vieillissants.
Dans l’ensemble, je suis très mécontent de mon expérience. Entre l’accueil du personnel, la piscine inaccessible et l’état de la salle de bain, je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux.
