Nice property
Parking is terrible! I spent over an hour looking for parking late in the evening. I don’t advise to take a car to be parked nearby.

We loved it! We had a great time, and the yard is a huge plus. It’s absolutely perfect and really has that great beach vibe. It’s also close to cafes, restaurants, and the town center.

Responsive host, great location, in a quiet neighbourhood, free parking in the street, very easy to get in as the host sends a video showing how to get inside the room. The room itself was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There's also a kitchen in the property which is very convenient
If I had to be picky, I would say that it smelled a bit of humidity, quite unsurprising for a ground floor room in a beachside older building

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The large windows made the room feel bright and airy. The location was great too - Marbella town centre was only around a 10-minute walk away. Just note that the walk back is uphill, so if you have any accessibility concerns, you may prefer to use a Bolt or Uber.
There is street parking nearby, although spaces can be limited at times, so you may need to park a short walk away (around 5 minutes). However, this wasn’t an issue for us and we were able to find parking easily.
Communication was great from owner, and they sent a video and a detailed explanation of how to check in! :)
The air conditioning controller was a little hit and miss and may just need new batteries, but once we got it working, the air con itself was ice cold. Our room was upstairs and we didn’t notice a lift, so it’s worth being aware of that if you have accessibility issues. That said, there may have been a lift we missed, and I’m sure the staff would happily help with luggage if needed.
