Great location right in the Venus Beach area of Marbella. The host Jose was great. He made us feel very welcome and was very helpful in finding our way around the town.

Location was fantastic situated between Old Town Marbella and the beach. Facilities were great for the price and much better than expected. Jose was very helpful, even suggesting the best local restaurants. Comfortable bed and plenty of towels. I would definitely return.
Only a minor issue that the cleaner didn’t empty all rubbish bins when cleaning room.

the location of the hotel is perfect, city center, beach 200m - excellent.
the room is cleaned every morning.
the room that I stay was without balcony. and there is no kitchen in the room.

Great location; right in the heart of Marbella and very close to the Old Town. I would recommend in terms of the price - great value.
The facilities are quite non existent. We always put the do not disturb sign on our door as we usually leave our room messy and one time we took it off by accident for like 2 hours and the hotel manager got angry at us and said we left the room like a 'BOMB' and that they could not clean it. They entered the room despite there being no 'please clean my room' sign and then proceeded to not clean the room at all but complained to us about how messy we left it. Now I dont mind not having my room cleaned but why did they enter it and not clean it and also complain to me. I think it coud have been handled in a better way. When we left the room and checked out, we cleaned it properly. I know this is not a 5 star hotel but it's just nice human nature to not give out to your own guests.
