La limpieza y el trato fue excelente

No es que no me gustase solo que le falta variedad al desayuno, pero lo que pones está bueno

La habitación estaba muy limpia, era muy amplía y cómoda, con mucho espacio para dejar el equipaje. A 2 minutos andando del museo de Estrella Galicia, que fue el motivo por el que escogí este hotel. Muy fácil aparcar.

Las paredes no aislaban completamente el ruido, escuchaba roncar al huésped de al lado, no depende al completo del hotel pero es algo que mejoraría.

era la segunda vez que dormia alli en la que habia solicitado si podian unir las dos camas gemelas al no disponer de camas dobles y si podian unirlas con el sistema que existe para pegarlas y no se separen, y poner las camas con ropa de cama doble. me digeron que si las dos veces, y ninguna de las dos estuvieron asi. llegamos tarde y no bajamos a recepcion a reclamar el cambio de habitacion ya que al dia siguiente trabajabamos muy temprano y nos conformamos pero sin duda no es recomendable que te digan que si a las peticiones y luego no las cumplan y en dos ocasiones. por otro lado ademas el desayuno por 10 eur por persona no me parece que ofrezcan gran cosa, desde mi punto de vista y amante de los desayunos buffet en los hoteles.

Quarto adequado e cama confortável. Bom pequeno pequeno-almoço.

Distância do centro

Good value for money. Gorgeous breakfast. Staff friendly and available all the time.

The city may be a long walk away, but that's not a problem. There's a convenient bus service available, as well as a grocery store and shopping mall nearby. Parking is also plentiful. Additionally, the Estrella Galicia factory museum is located close by, along with some friendly local bars.

We have stayed at other ibis styles hotels that were better than this one. Unfortunately, we had to switch rooms because the safe wasn't working properly. Additionally, the room we were assigned had not been cleaned and there were a lot of hairs on the chair.

The rooms were very quiet and peaceful. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We thought the hotel was very clean, which is important. An inspired innovation are the water coolers located on each floor. Reducing single-use plastic bottles, a very good idea.

The size of the room

In a 4-star hotel there were no toiletries at all! No shampoo or whatsoever, only some liquid soap attached to the bathtub. It was extremely inconvenient even to wash hands! I've never seen anything like this even in guest houses with no stars at all. Quite far from the city center, needed a car to get there.
