When we arrived we were delighted to find our room had been upgraded. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were very helpful. Hotel is in a great position for walking everywhere.

The location.
Too modern for Granada for me. Toilets have some remote controls. Rooms are small. Shower knob fell out.

Location and room size
No parking on premises, but short distance and easy luggage transportation if taking an Uber from parking to the hotel.

The beds were very comfortable and location was excellent.
The room had a comfortable queen-size bed and a twin bed. However, the shower was located in the middle of the room and enclosed with glass walls. Anyone in the room could see the person taking a shower, which made the setup very uncomfortable and awkward, especially when sharing the room with other adults. We found the design very strange and lacking in privacy.
