Excellent central location, quiet and clean rooms, and great staff. A special mention to Kathy, whose attention to detail and kindness made our trip really pleasant and enjoyable. She was always approachable and helpful, and went above and beyond to answer all our questions.

The hotel is in the centre of the Granada, so it is the best place to be if you want to enjoy the city. I liked the style of the hotel. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was tasty. The staff was very helpful.
Maybe the room seems a little bit tight and the neighbourhood was a bit crowded because of the ice cream store which has nothing to do with the hotel, especially because we tasted the ice cream and it was nothing special to crowded about.

Warmly greeted upon arrival and allowed to check in 4 hours early. The location is perfect and the value incredible. The room and entire property were beautiful and spotless. Despite being a relatively small room, the layout made best use of the space and included a full-sized bath.
Minor complaint-the beds were rather firm. But after a full day at the Alhambra in the August heat, we could have slept standing up.

Room was small I could literally open the bathroom door from my bed! Didn’t have any interaction with staff apart from check in and out.
Location was great and lots of really good restaurants and close to Alhambra Palace.
Bigger room, not sure if window doorway opened- especially if there was a fire. Mugs and glasses in room not to my standards - could do with a good wash. Tea facilities very basic 2 teabags!!
