The Hotel was beautifully kept, the staff were amazing. The receiption staff were always friendly and helpful. Lupe was amazing, she is so helpful and friendly to talk to and arranged trips for us and supplied us wit hthe info that we needed.
The Breakfast was alway beaufitully layed out and the restuarant was alway clean. When we had an evening meal tat the hotel, the food was freshly, beaufitfully cooked.
The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the Old Town and Harbour and it is also close to the train and bus station.
The rooms are not very well sound proofed internally as you can hear people opening and closing doors and walking around in their rooms and walking in the halway, but it would not put me off from choosing this hotel when I go back.
