Overall location is great middle point between train station, downtown and few min from all the tours pickup location.
Seemed to work for families.
Images can be misleading as the hotel is only one floor with a maze of about 50 rooms. (It used to be a gym - You can Google it)
Staff was there to check in and don’t ask for more.
Construction and other noises. Breakfast was plenty but tasty less.

Great location, walking distance to key spots in Málaga. Breakfast was decent with a good variety.
• The A/C was tricky to manage—when it was on, it got uncomfortably cold despite our efforts to adjust it; when we turned it off, the room quickly became too hot in Málaga's summer heat.
• The room cleanliness could be improved; we noticed dirty shoe prints on the floor upon arrival.
• The bidet was leaking, which was inconvenient.
