When a hotel says it can do someithing, and accepts the booking based on that, why do they say "we can't guarantee it. We wanted three beds in one room and then they say they can't guarantee it! They did in the end, but it meant we had to tell them they agreed to this.

I only saw the receptionist and a housemaid. The receptionist was extremely helpful and when I asked for a room closer to the lift she found one and changed it. But my wife had already settled in the original room so I had to return and cancel the change, but it was no problem.

Nothing I didn't like.

Someone was smoking in the room next door and the smell got inside our room.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was polite and friendly, except some in the diner. Pool was clean. Bedrooms were quiet. There is a large TV. We were moved to a new room after someone next door was smoking their lungs out, thank you to the reception staff.

The TV broadcast system is unreliable as your phones connection can be edited by anyone in the whole hotel who is connected to the WiFi - we watched HBO Max and people were turning it off for us every few minutes, this system is unreliable. Food choice was poor. We were on half board. The breakfast and dinner every day was the same except the meat, which changed from chicken, beef, pork, to fish. Seeing as we don't eat many of those, food became difficult. There should ALWAYS be chicken options in hotels. There was very limited choice when it came to food, perhaps 4 different options plus cheese/ham/some raw vegetables. One dinner we came to dinner rather late, and it turned out that the times of meals we were told were wrong. The staff in the diner was rude about this, and then surprised when we left after 5mins. The pool is so small! Incredibly small for a hotel with 6 floors. You can't comfortably fit more than 6-7 people in there. Disappointed with the size of the pool. The photo in the picture never happened either because the pool closed at 8-10pm (I'm not sure when as we were given wrong times). Buses to the beach were very unreliable. Location - we did not find many, if any at all, good places for lunch around the hotel. Lastly, the AC in the hotel is very, very harsh. I got sick the first day I slept at the hotel, which has never happened before to me. I wouldn't be surprised if the AC filter, or another part, hasn't been cleaned properly in a long time. This was the case with many customers of the hotel - coughing, sneezing, etc. Even though it was 35 degrees outside every day.
