So clean, wholesome breakfast choice. Very helpful reception staff and welcoming waitress. Room size was great and mattress so comfortable. Good nights sleep.

We wanted a hotel with easy access to the motorways south and also so we could visit Jaén for the morning and early afternoon. It was very accessible although both Google and Apple Maps were useless! Fantastic room with huge bed and separate bathroom. Great views of the city.

Great hotel, comfortable suite and bed, great for our dogs. The food was very nice, and the girl in reception very good.
Room service have hung up on me a few times because I speak English.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was large and very nice.
When we checked in, they failed to mention to us that the air conditioner was not working. Not until we went to our room for 15 minutes and noticed it was not cooling off. When we ask them about it they said they were working on it and hoped to have it repaired soon. When we went back later to ask the status, they said it was not fixed but we could open our balcony door and the room would cool off later. The air conditioner did not work for our entire stay and the room was warm most of the time until after 1:00 a.m. I would have rather not slept with the balcony door open all night long but we had no choice.
My biggest problem with the situation was that they did not tell us what was going on until we asked and their solution was less than satisfactory. After I was in the room I was reading their reviews on Google and noticed that two other guests had complained about the broken air conditioning one week ago.
