Close to main road but noise from road could hardly be heard.
Parking v close to hotel. Large bedroom and bathroom
There is another (2*) Hotel la Perdiz about 1000 metres before the 4* one. We stopped at the first one and took in our luggage etc, only to be told that the hotel part was closed.
It is in a rural style and very echoey . Noise from other guests and doors closing was annoying. A great power shower but my wife could not use it without getting her hair wet!!
The huge main restaurant opened at 20.45. We went in then and were the only people to eat there up until 11.00 when we left.
Unusually to have a four star hotel where you have to carry your bags upstairs
It’s because no lift and no offer by reception to do it for us. We are both in our eighties!
