The hotel was superbly well placed within central Madrid, with everything within walking distance. The hotel was beautifully kept and the staff really friendly and helpful. I loved that the gym had 24/7 access and though hotel pools in Madrid are rare, the one in this hotel was nice to use. The breakfast was always excellent and had good variety of food.
My only two issues were minor really. Though there were 3 lifts, only 2 were operational but the main issue is how long they take to open and close doors once they reach a floor. The other issue is with the gym, which could have used some machines for leg work and the cable extension machine needed maintenance to repair one side.

Lovely hotel! Clean and aesthetic
The lighting in the room - no day light and rooftop drinks were pretty expensive. £9 for an ubranded pint of beer was a bit much. Should have checked distance to city centre beforehand as Ubers each way were around £10
