The thoughtfulness of the staff, when I told them we were visiting on our honeymoon, they gave us a complimentary upgrade and gave us a beautiful view and even left us heart shaped balloons in our room. Some day you need a vacation after your vacation to relax after all the stress of travel and spending our last nights here to finish our honeymoon was the right choice. We were able to visit the spa and soak in relaxation. The food at the Bikini bar was good too!

The hotel it's very nice located but it doesn't really feel as fancy as it set out/advertised to be. While the common areas were nice, the rooms really had nothing special. The bed was really big and comfy and the staff nice.
It was unseasonably warm in Madrid and the Airco could not be set up lower. I was hot every single night and hence slept poorly.
