Exceptional by all means! It made our stay in Madrid worthy. The staff are amazing, very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely professional! We had an incident and asked if we could keep our car in the parking lot for an additional 2 days and they instantly approved, it was a problem solving situation.
Also the pool is really nice and the breakfast is very rich. The rooms are clean and the cleaning service is available all day! Very much recommend

Smiling and helpfull stuff + ckean facilities + ease of parking (underground parking) + good experience overall with families
The hotel is at the edge of the ZBE (low emission zone in madrid), i would love to have the info in the description of the hotel.

Lovely reception / lobby / bar / restaurant. Clean rooms.
That the pool wasn’t open. Even though on line it says it would be. My son was very very unhappy about this when we arrived.
