We absolutely loved our stay. The property is in an excellent location, the room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was convenient and exceeded our expectations.
Honestly, there was nothing we disliked. Everything was excellent, and we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

New, fresh and clean hotel very close to the metro station, particularly convenient being on the green line that takes you directly to the centre of Madrid in about 15 mins.
Neighbourhood was relaxed, enough good places to eat close by and a good supermarket just around the corner.
The bathroom was spacious and had a great shower with excellent pressure and lovely toiletries.
Staff were so pleasant and ready to help, they all spoke excellent English and were always polite.
I would like a shower cap available in the room!

Clean. Had a swimming pool on the 5th floor. It was a very nice place to stay

Lo mejor del hotel es la piscina aunque es bastante pequeña, tener la opción de un bañito en los meses de verano con el calor se agradece. También la cama es bastante cómoda (para mi gusto) lo cual favorece un buen descanso.
La ubicación está bastante bien. Es una zona alejada de madrid pero tiene parada de metro de Suanzes a 1 minuto del hotel. Con línea 5 que va directa al centro. Si no te importa invertir algo de tiempo en desplazarte esta bien para descansar en una zona más tranquila.
El tamaño de la piscina, y especialmente que habían muy pocas hamacas y en cuanto se juntan 6 personas ya el resto se quedan de pie.
El desayuno, estaba aceptable pero ni de broma cuesta 17€/día ese desayuno. En nuestro caso pagamos un extra en la reserva para tenerlo pero aún así.
Percance: la segunda noche entorno a las 2 de la mañana, unos huéspedes de la tercera planta tuvieron una pelea a gritos que duró bastante e incluso hizo subir al de recepción. Nos perturbó el sueño a toda la planta. En esos casos deberían llamar a la policía y no estar 1h el de recepción lidiando con unas personas alteradas y a gritos.
