The location
It wasn’t clean. The bathroom was not clean and in the reservation we made it clear we are four people but they only gave us pillows and towels for 3 people. And there was a problem with the front door of the building

El lugar es lindo y bien ubicado
No te contestan para el acceso, la información no está completa y no podíamos abrir la puerta para el acceso al departamento, le pedidos ayuda a la de limpieza y fue muy grosera porque aunque le mostramos la reserva y que la información que nos mandaron no servía, se negó a ayudar. Estuvimos mas de una hr esperando la respuesta para poder entrar. Más tarde intentaron entrar al departamento forzando la puerta que disque para ver una fuga de agua, y por mas qué mi mama les dijo que no podía abrir porque estaba sola que fueran mas tarde seguían forcejeando la puerta y amenazando con abrir. Tuvimos que regresar de donde estábamos y perder el tour porque mi madre ya no estuvo cómoda con la situación. Había mucha gente con la misma situación esperando en la calle porque los accesos estaban mal y nadie da respuesta
