BV House - Membersclub - Adult only

We loved everything about this place! Our room, the gardens, pool, gym, sauna - it really is as good as it looks. What takes the place to 11/10 are the staff. Saski, Dan, the chef (breakfast is worthy of a Michelin star), Ben the owner; they treated us like friends, have thought of everything and nothing was too much trouble. Next time we want to go I wouldn't be surprised if they're fully booked and we can't get in ! Thankyou for an outstanding stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at BV House and honestly cannot recommend it enough. Everything was exceptional from start to finish. What truly makes this place special is the people behind it. Every single member of the team made us feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and at home. A very special thank you to Luisa, Suski, and the other lovely lady at reception, you were always so warm, attentive, helpful, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, you made us feel completely at ease and always made sure we had everything we needed. We would also like to thank the two wonderful ladies taking care of breakfast, as well as the entire kitchen team and chefs. The food was absolutely delicious, breakfast was something we looked forward to every morning, and everything was always served with such warmth and attention. A huge thank you also goes to the managers and everyone working behind the scenes, making sure everything runs so smoothly, and to the housekeeping team, who did an incredible job throughout our stay. The cleanliness was outstanding, and every little detail was beautifully taken care of. During our stay, I also joined two Pilates classes, which I absolutely loved. Saski was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend trying a class while you’re here! Beyond the beautiful surroundings, impeccable service and delicious food, what we loved most was the wonderful sense of community at BV House. You don’t simply feel like a guest here, they make you feel like you belong. And that is something truly special. A huge bravo to the entire team. Keep doing what you’re doing! ❤️

We had a great stay at BV House and would definitely recommend it! The hotel was very good overall, the gym was absolutely top, and the breakfast was also really good. All the staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Saski, who welcomed us at check-in and made a great first impression. She explained everything we needed to know, gave us useful information, and was very friendly and professional from the beginning. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would totally recommend BV House!

The outside area is beautiful, the gym is very well equipped. The food is tasty

The service was quite slow, and communication was not always clear. Since the property had just reopened, it seemed that many things were still not well organized. Breakfast is included, but the options are very limited. You can only choose one hot drink and one food item, and the portions are super small. There was no juice, yogurt, fruit, cheese, or pastries available. We often ended up going out for breakfast afterward because it simply wasn’t enough. The rooms are also quite small, and unfortunately, our room was extremely humid. We got sick during the last two days of our stay, which made the experience less comfortable. The pool was not super clean. There was apparently a music festival hosted in the area, and the music was super loud during 2 nights. Also the location is very remote. So for us the place is pretty, but the experience fell short
