La ubicación, limpieza de.las.instalaciones y atención del.personal.
Las.instalaciones sobretodo.piscina (suelo de.madera muy gastado y falta de.mantenimiento)interior sauna (muy antiguo y un poco dejado) y jacuzzi (pequeño y muy antiguo)

Etablissement très confortable, accueil bienveillant, personnel aimable et attentionné, installations très propres intèrieures et extérieures, petit déjeûner sympathique très complet. Une pause douceur et bien-être, "trop Top", à renouveler 👏☺️

Très bel hôtel bien situé à 3mn du centre ville et à côté du lac de Puigcerdà. Personnel discret et courtois, toujours souriant et aux petits soins.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le buffet petit déjeuner continental est copieux avec des spécialités Catalanes.
Nous sommes ravis et nous avons prolongé notre séjour tellement nous avons apprécié ce magnifique établissement.

La zona de jardín, la zona de piscina, sauna spa y el parking incluido en el precio, el personal muy correcto, y limpieza. La ubicación es perfecta
Hotel muy antiguo necesita una reforma urgente, no nos dieron opción de cambiar de habitación, la habitación muy antigua con muebles gastados, sin ningún encanto, los pasillos con moqueta vieja y conductos y canalizaciones vistas, le salva la zona de aguas, sin ella no lo consideraría un hotel de 4 estrellas
