The hotel itself was really nice and modern. The best part was definitely the friendly and helpful staff! We especially loved Jim from the restaurant, as well as the receptionists, who were all so welcoming and helpful.
The room was modern, but surprisingly, there was no fridge. Luckily, the reception staff were kind enough to let us store our food in their fridge. I’m not sure how I felt about the layout of the room, as there isn’t a separate bathroom, which doesn’t give you much privacy.

I understand that this hotel is designed with energy efficiency in mind, but it wasn't very convenient not to have an electrical outlet next to the bed. Most people use their phones as alarm clocks these days, so having a place to charge them overnight is important.
The upstairs loft also had a dirty ashtray, and one of the chairs was ripped at the seams, which made the space feel less well maintained.
Another issue was the air conditioner. It blows directly onto the bed, so the cold air hits your face while you sleep, leaving your skin and nose feeling very dry by morning..
Air conditioner blowing right on your face in bed, and no outlets next to the bed. Also no complementary body lotion.

It was a very nice hotel. Very quiet and safe.
Doesn’t look like a 4 stars hotel. We even didn’t had a refrigerator in the room. For now for May was ok but not for the warmer weather. It was a lot of dust in the room.

Location near the shopping mall, free parking.
The hotel is hosting events, it is very loud at the night, especially that the rooms were not soundproof. One night it was so loud that I was woken up several times during the night, and I was thinking that somebody entered my room (so noisy!).
The room itself was big and had a patio without no equipment at all (two chairs and mini table) and it could easily fit smth to lay on.
Glass doors to the WC and shower were sliding back to open position constantly.
