Fabulous Location - it was great loved it!!!
Walking distance to all attractions. It was beautiful and so cool especially during the heat of summer.
The staff-0 hospitality- I have worked in 2 different hotel would never dream to being so blunt to guests. I wanted to ask for a late checkout Wednesday 02nd September at 11pm - the man at reception did not provide any apologise that day unfortunately we are unable as we are fully booked but we would be happy to store your luggage - I mean this is standard. He didn’t even try to look and see if it can be pushed back. At check out no one asked how our stay was. Upon arriving to collect our luggage we asked for advice on travelling to the airport it was the day the temperature was 42- again the service and answer was horrid blunt get a taxi. We wanted to double check our maps was giving us the right direction and see if there was a bus from near the hotel to the airport bus. So annoyed and found it so rude.
I also hope I do not get a ChatGPT response about how you seek to improves again work in a hotel and the service was terrible.
Check in was good we arrived at midnight and it was quick and he even smiled.

Friendly helpful staff in lovely old building in a great part of the city. Comfortable bed and no noise.
No external window in our room but it was a very clean and comfortable room.

Estaba todo muy limpio. Las cámas son cómodas. Personal amable. Ofrecen convenio con un parking, aunque hay facilidad para aparcar en las inmediaciones. Está en una zona tranquila.
Nos tocó una habitación en la planta baja. No era una habitación con luz, puesto que daba a un patio interior.
