I had an excellent stay. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, and they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They assigned me a fantastic room that perfectly suited my needs, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I was also very impressed by their honesty and helpfulness when I accidentally left an accessory behind. They quickly arranged to send it to my home, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. Their level of customer service was truly outstanding.
Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything was handled professionally, and the staff exceeded my expectations in every way.
