The lift was not very efficient. But being on the half floors it was easy to walk up and down.

Beautiful location, extremely clean, comfortable and excellent customer service.

Not for vegetarians! Otherwise the location is beautiful, the restaurant serving staff were brilliant (especially Barbara), the beach is just across the road, little shop downstairs. Nice to have the swimming pool for windy days. Great bike and SUP storage space. Parking is tricky in the area, so you have their garage (paid per night) or free on road parking.

Stay totally let down by the chef, who was inflexible and grumpy. We booked half board and this apparently meant we got the 'menu' which has 3 starters, mains and desserts to choose from. None were ever vegetarian. Even as we compromised and took fish it was not ideal as that meant things like whole bream with head/eyeballs etc! On one of our 5 evenings he grumpily gave in and produced a nice mushroom risotto, but spoiled the gesture with bad grace, asking the waitress to inform us specifically that they 'were not a specialist vegetarian restaurant'. In this day and age it's just surprising; surely we can't be the first! We were advised to take the a la carte, and when I looked at that there was no veggie main course either!! Imagine if we'd been gluten free or vegan lol!!! So heads up travellers, there are 3 other nice restaurants in the village and whilst Spain isn't known for great veggie food, they have the sense to cater to a cosmopolitan tourist audience at those- as we had paid for the evening meal, the stay wasn't cheap I wasn't so inclined. Also portion control was random, a huge starter one night of stodgy (home made but rope-thick, he has delusions of grandeur and cheffiness) followed by a full large fish on the bone, and the next night a nouveau cuisine sized teeny salad starter followed by a light main. Breakfast on the other hand was really nice. We ate evenings in the main newish outdoor restaurant, but I note the welcome brochure in the hotel (and maybe here online in the small print) says you have to eat in the other restaurant room, so in June perhaps we were lucky to eat in the nicer salon with it's vaulted ceiling. Have to give a shout out to Barbara the waitress who was uber professional and a little ray of sunshine - all the restaurant staff were very warm and welcoming.
