The hotel was very clean, the food was excellent with a great variety every day, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location is beautiful, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Ingrid at reception for her professionalism during both check-in and check-out, and David for taking the time to listen carefully and answer my questions in a respectful and professional manner.
Families should be aware of the hotel’s pool policy, as inflatable flotation rings are not permitted, even for children who cannot swim and are under direct parental supervision. I also found it disappointing that complimentary in room coffee was only provided on the first day, with additional sachets charged separately. Finally, one interaction with a reception staff member regarding a simple parking inquiry could have been handled more professionally. I raised these concerns directly with the hotel during my stay but did not receive a response before my departure.
