Location is excellent, we arrived by bus and it was easy to find. Entry with the codes was easy to follow. Customer service through WhatsApp was great when we had an issue

There was an alarm sounding from around 10pm that meant we couldn't sleep. The maintenance number was responded to quickly but it meant we had to get up and move rooms when we had already settled in.

It was very close to where we were meeting up with family.

Very basic. Outlook not nice. Only small toilet bin. Shower didn’t work properly. No fridge. Nog good value for money.
