We always appreciate hotels who are willing to take dogs. The staff are amazing, busy woring between the hotel and its restaurant, always polite and helpful. Location is good too. Bathrooms are large and have been renovated.
We were disappointed with our room and told them so, as we arrived in the late afternoon, and likely most (not all) of the other, better rooms were taken. Dogs+family stay on the first floor, where there is a large balcony/small terrace. However, rooms 114 and 115 (ours the latter) are immediately over the back of the kitchen, where trash containers, empty bottles, back-of-the-restauarnt, kitchen staff etc are, immediately underneath these two balconies. In addition, 115 is smaller than usual, tiny actuallyas it shares the emergency exit stairway which takes up half that balcony too. I know it was a holiday weekend in August, but think they could have tried to accommodate us for the second night in a different room, there were check-outs/ins. For now, I'd recommend guest to try to requets the other side of the hotel (112, 113 etc) or higher floors if they allow.

Great location, nice breakfast, free parking
As a family of four, we were given a room at the ground floor, which was designed for disabled people. The room had no view and very small windows at the top with poor ventilation. The smell of some cleaning product was very strong throughout our stay (one night).
