Conveniently located to archeological ruins, Great staff! Emailed us quickly when we left a passport in our room. Was able to recover it quickly without damage to our itinerary. Thank you!

Great location and comfortable bed. Has interconnecting room for families and the breakfast was good. The man running breakfast went to a lot of trouble to make sure we had plenty of food and was happy. He was very kind.
The reception called us at 11pm once we were asleep and our 3 children asleep to ask what time we want breakfast. They woke us all up with the very loud and alarming phone call at a time I consider very rude to call. Never had this happen at any other hotel. Very disrespectful.
Another thing to note was at check in there was no body in the hotel to give us the key. I was waiting and ringing the bell for 15 mins before a woman ran in from the street saying sorry. A bit annoying given we were there at check in time and had advised such as well.
Lastly after I booked the family room for the next 6 months I attempted to communicate with the hotel to ensure 3 beds in the kids room. No confirmation or reply however when we turned up there was 3 beds so they had the message but never bothered to reply.
