Hotel Playafels

Beautiful and stylish hotel, with pleasant and helpful staff in every encounter. We loved the large room and bathroom, and the large terrace which we upgraded to and really enjoyed for our week stay. The bathroom was gorgeous with an amazing shower, much needed for our hot August trip. The location on the beach was fantastic - a few minutes walking distance to a beach club on one side and one street back from a busy stretch of bars, restaurants, and corner shops on the other; really convenient. We also really liked the pool area, especially on the quieter days, and we always got sun lounges and a choice of shade or sun to sit in. The mature shrubs and trees around the pool area and the front of the hotel really added to the aesthetic.

Early morning noise in the corridors, but I guess not everyone sleeps late on holidays 🙂

Everything was great! Only little things is that in the room it was smelling too much “cleaning products”

Breakfast was good and view was great

Room was quite basic given the price. We were there for our honeymoon and were disappointed overall. The room was a bit tired and worn. There were only espressos cups - nothing larger and no bottled water.
