Our family, including our children, stayed at Kivotos Mykonos for a few days at the end of August, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish.
Our two-bedroom suite with a private pool was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our family. The food was delicious, and the entire staff was incredibly courteous, kind, and accommodating. They were always happy to answer our questions and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We especially appreciated how attentive they were to our daughter’s gluten-free dietary needs and how carefully they accommodated her throughout our stay.
A special mention goes to the manager, Faye (if I remember her name correctly), who was incredibly warm and welcoming. She personally showed us around the property and immediately made us feel at home. Her hospitality really stood out.
Dimitris was also exceptional. When we arranged a car transfer to the port, he not only organized everything seamlessly but also personally messaged me to confirm the transfer and make sure we arrived safely in Athens — even though he was off work. That level of care and attention truly says a lot about the team at Kivotos.
Overall, Kivotos is a beautiful property with an exceptional team, and the genuine warmth and hospitality of the staff made our stay especially memorable. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to families looking for a beautiful and welcoming place to stay in Mykonos.
If I could change anything about our stay, it would be the beach and the variety of breakfast options. While the hotel does have a private beach, it is quite small and rocky, and there isn’t really a sandy area for children to play. The breakfast was delicious and included with the stay, but the menu was the same each day, so having a little more variety would have been nice for a longer stay.

I would like to bring to your attention that the rooms appear outdated and would benefit from renovation. During my stay in room 205, I also noticed a persistent smell of humidity.
