The staff was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The facilities were extremely clean and just stunning, and the value for the stay was excellent. We were only 15 minutes' walk from the main part of the medina, which was perfectly located so it was quiet and comfortable, and easily accessed by road.

The staff was exceptional. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and comfortable and they were available ALL HOURS of the day for me. My flight arrived 13 hours earlier than expected and they were still around to let me in at 2am with no prior notice. They also gave me their whatsapp contacts so that I could reach out to them if I was ever in a situation where I required help outside the hotel. Hassan and Asmaa were spectacular hosts.

The rooms were a good size and comfy
Breakfast was ample but could do with fresh fruit
Location was fantastic
We ordered a taxi that didn’t turn up
We were told we could check in at 11am, arrived and told to come back and room would be ready later.. returned and was told we needed to go to another Riad for our first night. We didn’t have a choice and the other Riad the room was tiny and damp
We requested extra toilet roll that was forgotten
We were surprised on departure with an additional city tax which was not mentioned on arrival or during our stay
