Zineb and Zaki went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. After coming from another super unprofessional riad, they made us feel at home from the very beginning.
Our reservation included parking, but since we booked last minute, there was no space available. They immediately made sure we found another place to park and handled everything for us. We arrived with some drinks and they even provided us with a mini fridge so we could keep them cold.
They picked us up, took us to the parking, and were always available whenever we needed anything. They genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
This riad, and especially Zineb and Zaki, was definitely one of the highlights of our time in Fes. They made us feel at home, and we would honestly come back to Fes just to stay here again!
The breakfast was also delicious, and they were always checking in on us and making sure everything was okay.

A Lovely experience. Staff were amazing in assisting us with taxis and advice on where to go and what to eat. Lovely ambiance. Everyone was so kind and genuine. Food was lovely and great choice. Air conditioned and we had a very unique suite on the ground floor which was spacious. Highly recommend.

The staff are very helpful and want to do everything they can to make it a pleasant stay.
Not about the property, but Fes is a challenge to navigate - no reliable GPS so make sure you have downloaded an offline map and pinned to your destination but be willing to pay a young person to guide you home. It’s an adventure for sure.
