There were too few vegetarian options on the evening menu. Just the cauliflower "steak" - which is a bit of a cliche, as almost every hotel puts this one their menu.

We did not like the noise of drunk guests in the car park late at night as they left for northern lights viewing. Please just instruct them to think of other guest (and be quiet). We like to sleep with the window open, and had to get up tp close it

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel and to highlight that the experience provided falls significantly short of what is expected for a room rate of approximately USD 2,200 per night. During our stay, we encountered multiple issues that materially compromised our comfort and overall experience: • The pillows emitted a strong musty, damp odor, making it extremely difficult to sleep. Although they were eventually replaced, the situation caused significant discomfort and left me completely unable to rest that night. • Upon putting on the bathrobe, I discovered a small bottle of gin in one of the pockets, clearly demonstrating that the robe had not been properly laundered before being issued to a new guest. • The blackout curtains are inadequate in both size and function, allowing substantial light into the room early in the morning. At this time of year,the hotel knows perfectly well, it remains daylight throughout the night, making proper blackout curtains essential for sleep. A hotel that pretends these prices should ghave solved this situation • On our first day, the receptionist mistakenly issued us keys to another guest’s room. She subsequently called and asked me to return the keys myself, rather than arranging for staff to correct the hotel’s error. Additionally, the confusion arose because the key corresponded to a different room that I was meant to evaluate, which added unnecessary inconvenience. Who is the guest? Who is the staff employee? Incredible!! • Despite the room’s large size, there is no suitable desk or table for a guest to work comfortably on a laptop. The only available power outlets were located near the bed, with no appropriate workspace. Very uncomfortable for me. • We arrived on the day of a World Cup match and requested assistance from staff in locating a place to watch it. The response provided was simply that they did not know. “we don’t have sport channels” • The room temperature was
